How to join Venture Crew 58
Welcome to Crew 58! Please complete the following forms and pay dues as listed below. Forms may be turned in at a Crew meeting. Summer Pharr is the administrator for the Crew. BSA Application Forms:
This is a fillable internet form. Please complete, sign and print.
BSA Health Form & Insurance Card:
We need Parts A & B completed right away (including a copy of the insurance card). You may be able to get a copy of your med forms from the Troop if they are current. Part C requires a Dr's examination. Part C will be required for our Summer Expedition Trips in June/July.

Crew Dues:
If you are new (or returning) to scouting dues are $100, plus an additional joining fee of $25 for the Crew.
